We had a lovely day in Josey's Saturday class today. An amazing lunch and afternoon tea was provided by our wonderful ladies to wish Josey well on her Mediterranean cruise and European holiday. A huge thank you to Roz who prepared an amazing array of yummy treats. We were all spoilt with vol au vents
, mini quiches, gourmet pies and croissants. If that wasn't enough....then there were the sweet treats. Profiteroles, peppermint slice, caramel slice, licorice allsort slice, mud cake, strawberries and cream.....need I go on? Needless to say .... we had another fun day at Bear Essence and wish Josey the "best time ever" as she sets off on her exciting adventure. We will miss you Josey!!!
